It comes after Sudeikis filed a movement in October 2021 to deliver their two kids – Otis, 8, and five-12 months-vintage Daisy – to live with him in New York.
The exes — who dated for almost 10 years before their break up in November 2020, had been co-parenting their children and dwelling between L.A, London and New York.
